Philip Zukatis, Owner:

Phil is the proud owner of Arabella Estate, and he has worked tirelessly for 15 years to bring the property back to life while keeping the authenticity of the estate intact. He has rejuvenated the 1800’s Victorian house just for you and your wedding party to enjoy during your stay. As an antique enthusiast, Phil has also gone to great lengths to acquire and decorate the house with timeless pieces from the past. When Phil isn’t working, he enjoys gardening and canning his own vegetables and homemade sauces.

Connie Jo Mills, Wedding Specialist:

Connie is thrilled to join the Arabella Estate team with 16 years of experience in the Maine wedding industry. Connie will help you plan your special day at Arabella by offering only the best vendors to work with you at our beautiful property. Connie likes to spend her winters in sunny Florida assisting her southern couples on their special day. When Connie isn’t working, she enjoys dancing, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.

Maria Roy, Event Coordinator:

Maria has been in the hospitality and customer service industry for over 30 years. She enjoys helping brides create one of the most important days of their lives from start to finish. Maria has been a part of the wedding industry for over six years as a traveling bartender. When Maria isn’t working she enjoys cooking for her family and friends, traveling up and down the East Coast with her husband, and camping.

Mikaela Lines, Office Manager:

Mikaela has been in the hospitality industry and Maine wedding industry for the past 10 years. She enjoys now helping Arabella couples book their special day. Mikaela can answer all of your questions and help schedule tours to see the beautiful property. When Mikaela isn’t working she likes reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband.
