Phil is the proud owner of Arabella Estate, and he has worked tirelessly for 15 years to bring the property back to life while keeping the authenticity of the estate intact. He has rejuvenated the 1800’s Victorian house just for you and your wedding party to enjoy during your stay. As an antique enthusiast, Phil has also gone to great lengths to acquire and decorate the house with timeless pieces from the past. When Phil isn’t working, he enjoys gardening and canning his own vegetables and homemade sauces.
Susan Zukatis, Director of Operations:
Sue joins her brother at Arabella Estate bringing over 30 years in the hospitality industry. From behind the scenes to the front of the house, she can help you with just about anything you need from check in to check out! She is your first point of contract when you arrive at Arabella Estate. When Sue isn’t working she enjoys traveling, skiing, and volunteering at ski patrol at a ski resort in VT.
